ParadymE SOS
Paradyme is an innovative suite of fully integrated non-investment solutions to design, build, run & scale Wealth & Asset Managers and Advisory firms in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE.
Paradyme provides firms with all the benefits of an insourced Chief Operating and Financial Officer and supporting non-investment Team, without the excessive overheads and administration of building and managing an in-house team, or selecting, assessing and managing an array of different service providers.
Leveraging our global expertise, local insight, and extensive professional networks, we have developed a solution to provide wealth, asset & advisory managers with a streamlined and scalable solution that minimizes the costly and resource-heavy setup & operating costs.
Our mission is simple: to provide comprehensive, integrated solutions that empower our clients to focus on value creation while we manage the complexities of their operational needs. Through value innovation and operational excellence, we are creating the “blue ocean” of opportunities in a crowded sea of red, paving the way for Asset Managers to achieve unparalleled success.
Ken Ginsburg brings decades of experience as a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, with expertise spanning multiple financial regulated jurisdictions, including the US, UK, and UAE (7 years within the DIFC).
Throughout his career, Ken has demonstrated a proven ability to design, build, reengineer, and scale integrated systems and controls across diverse strategies, asset classes, and security types.
This extensive Front-to-Back knowledge of the Asset Management industry forms the foundation of Blue Ocean’s comprehensive, integrated, and orchestrated non-investment platform.
Having been a consumer of Asset Management services himself, Ken understands the unique challenges asset managers, wealth managers, and fund managers face. This perspective sets him apart from the typical service provider, allowing him to deliver tailored solutions designed to meet the specific needs of those he now seeks to serve.
Replicating over 35 Years of Global Experience.
Value innovation
Blue Ocean Strategy
The name Paradyme SOS was inspired by the principles of Blue Ocean Strategy, which focus on creating new, uncontested market spaces rather than competing in existing ones. The cornerstone of Paradyme SOS Strategy is 'Value Innovation'. A Blue Ocean emerges when a company achieves value innovation, creating value simultaneously for both the Manager and Blue Ocean.
This innovation must create value while simultaneously reducing or eliminating features or services less valued by the current or future market.
Red Oceans represent service providers that then try to outperform their rivals to grab a greater share of existing demand. Products become commodities, leading to cutthroat or ‘bloody’ competition.
Blue Ocean Shift
To successfully shift from red oceans of bloody competition to blue oceans of new market opportunities depends on three key components: having the right perspective, a clear roadmap with market-creating tools, and building confidence across teams and stakeholders at every level to drive and own the process.

"Any successful firm must share a common set of values, aligned to its client’s interest"
Responsive – we have our client’s sense of urgency in our DNA
Results– we roll up our sleeves to get the job done
Accessible – we understand our client’s needs don’t fit into a set timeframe
Inquisitive – we continuously search for ways to serve the client better
Integrity – we value trust and transparency, with each other and our clients
Current Red Ocean of Complexity: Running a Regulated Entity
Establishing a regulated entity within the DIFC under the DFSA is more than just incorporating and getting regulatory authorizations. Once licensed, firms then need to focus on building and running daily operations while ensuring ongoing compliance through efficient infrastructure, and seamless execution across all non-investment functions.
typical options:
Asset managers, wealth managers and advsory firms typically have two options for managing their non-investment functions and fulfilling their fiduciary & regulatory responsibilities:
Insourcing – Requires hiring, relocating, training, and managing specialized teams across compliance, finance, HR, IT, cybersecurity, and operations, plus a Chief Operating Officer and Non-Executive Directors to oversee these functions. Firms must also define policies, implement technology, and ensure regulatory compliance, increasing costs and burdening senior leadership, diverting focus from core investment activities.
Partial Outsourcing – Reduces internal workload but creates fragmented operations, inefficiencies, and compliance risks due to poor coordination among multiple service providers. Firms must assess what to outsource, select and manage vendors, establish SLAs, and oversee both internal teams and external providers, often mediating conflicting priorities instead of eliminating complexity
What if there was a third Option?
